1. No optical zoom like other phone offers (it’s one of the main characteristics that the iPhone X has, which other doesn’t)

2. Expensive (but worth paying for this amazing phone)

3. No headphone jack (although iPhone 12 Pro Max comes with a 3.5mm port, I think that’s not enough)
